I am very happy living at CPW. West End is an excellent location with easy access to shopping restaurants, bars, and major freeways. A person can walk anywhere in the area and feel safe and comfortable. The staff are terrific, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The excellent amenities are well maintained and easy to reserve. I have lived here for four years and have no interest in living anywhere else.

Front office staff is available, welcoming, understanding, and thoughtful. Maintenance is prompt, responsive, and thorough. Security is alert and caring. Cleaning staff is thorough, consistent, and friendly. Amenities are kept in working order, easy to reserve, and a great value. Community has shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Nearby bus stop and park-and-ride. 10-15 minute ride to downtown Minneapolis.

Central Park West is a nice community that is quiet, clean and has good amenities that are usually pretty easy to reserve. The staff is very friendly, and when issues or maintenance items do come up things are generally resolved quickly.
